This activity, hosted by World Class CME, is designed to provide an in-depth overview of contrast enhanced mammography (CEM), its applications, and the necessary skills for technologists to effectively utilize it in clinical practice. Expert presenters will discuss how CEM differs from traditional mammography, will delve into its benefits and limitations, and will discuss situations where CEM is particularly useful. Expect to take a detailed look at the equipment needed for CEM, in particular the injector and mammography system. Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of CEMs space in clinical practice, clinical benefits, workflow changes and efficiencies, and how CEM can expand patient offerings, ultimately enhancing the quality of patient care. This course is good for 1 Category A CEU.
