In observance of Sexual Health Month, the Infectious Disease Society of America Foundation (IDSAF) hosted a webinar to a discuss Mycoplasma genitalium (M. gen) – the next installment in their Dr. John G. Bartlett Memorial Education Series. Two specialists in the areas of infectious diseases and obstetrics and gynecology explored the various aspects of M. gen, including its epidemiology, testing methods and treatment options. Our experts provided valuable insights into M. gen, its health implications and the measures we can take to address this under-recognized STI.
